Depression
is one of the most suffered illnesses in our society. There has been several
scientific research done on how depression may be caused and cured.
In my
opinion depression occurs when there is a loss of part of a Soul. It is a grief
for the lost part of Soul. Depression occurs when the ego and negative
thoughtforms overtake and when there are disturbances in one's subtle bodies.
When subtle bodies are not in alignment they do not communicate together
anylonger and it causes havoc in one's body.
The
person is simply not in a state to help themselves.What I strongly advice to
anyone who has suffered or suffers any kind of depression is to seek a shamanic
practitioner, someone who truly knows what they are doing and have an
experience in Soul Retrieval. There are many techniques which one can apply to
help to clear the negative energy and thoughtforms from one's bodies.
There are
also many things one can do along to help the body to clear solidified negative
energy which is known as toxins or appears as hormonal imbalance.
I put
together the list of remedies and other techniques which can help to cure
depressions and other problems.
I found

Bring your attention inside your body. When you worry
or think constantly, close your eyes and try to focus on what is going on
inside your body. Start with focusing on your breathing, take deep breaths and
when you breath out try to push more air out then you normaly do. Bring your
awarness to your organs, thank to yourself and to your body for it’s such an
amazing system, it’s perfect in its essence and the health is always present
within you even though you are experiencing pains and problems. Focus on your
health, where is it in your body you feel well and comfortable.
Think of yourself as an energy which is manifested as
matter. You are materialized thoughtform, your thoughts and your feelings
influence your well being.
The energy follows your mind, you give the direction
to it with your thougths, you are the director of your life and your health.
Watch what it is you give the most energy during the day in your thoughts.
It may take some time to change the direction of your
thoughts, allow yourself to take time, be
creative and experiment. Don’t punish yourself if you find it difficult. Once the neural pathways were laid and created, the
process of repattering takes an energy and time. That is why changing the old
patterns and habits takes time and can be exprienced as physically
uncomfortable.
Power of music
Music is an amazing tool which can help you to change
your state and feelings.
